Authorization to
Handle |
| |
| The handler is
authorized to execute entry forms for shows. |
| |
| The Handler will have
a valid credit card of owner of dog on file to be used for
the purposes of entering the dog. If no credit card is
supplied, the owner is responsible for making entries. |
| |
| A Deposit of $500.00
(Dollars) is required on any account that is on a once a
month billing cycle. |
| |
| The Handler does not
accept any legal responsibility for the act directly or
indirectly caused by this dog. Owner accepts all
responsibility and liability for such claims. |
| |
|
Duties of Handler |
| |
| The handler agrees to
exercise due and reasonable care to keep the kennel premise
sanitary and properly enclosed. |
| |
| If the Handler is for
any reason unable to show the dog in any Class, Group or
Best In Show, the Handler is authorized to place the dog in
the hands of another qualified individual selected by the
Handler. |
| |
|
Fees |
| |
| The undersigned owner
agrees to pay Handler fees which are based on the
attached rate sheet. |

contracts will be sent to new clients at their request) |

|
Miscellaneous |
| |
| Handler will retain
all cash prizes awarded in the ring. All trophies and
ribbons will be forwarded to client in a timely manner.
Tear Sheets will be provided at the request of the Client. |

| It is further agreed
and understood that the undersigned client will pay all
veterinary fees. |
| |
| It is agreed and
understood that all amounts due and owed to the Handler
under this contract will be due upon mailing of statement to
Client address. |
| |
|
Additionally, should
a statement go unpaid for thirty days, the amount billed
will then bear interest at the legal rate until paid in
full, unless a manner of payment has been arranged in
writing between Client and Handler. Once an account is
over CAP Limit, the dog who is the subject of this contract
will be pulled from any future shows until the account is
paid in full. It is understood that for any reason
Client should not pay any and all bills, the Handler has the
right to recovery through the State of Connecticut Court
System. |

Breeding Service
Fee |
| |
| There is a charge of
$50.00 per breeding to handle the mating of any dog/bitch in
the Handler's care. The Client is responsible for this
expense. The owner of the animal with whom the Client
animal is being bred is responsible for all boarding, vet
charges, and airport transportation expense. Should
the bill remain unpaid for 30 days, the Client assumes
responsibility for the bill. |

Airport
Transportation |
| |
| Should the Client
wish to ship a dog either to us, from us to another party,
or back home, a charge of $30.00 will be applied to and from
the airport. Client is responsible for all shipping
charges, including any veterinary visits for health
certificates and paperwork required for shipping. All
shipping charges must be pre-payed. |

| I (WE) AGREE TO THE
